1. WaterColor Inn & Vacation Rentals

The David Rockwell-designed AAA Four Diamond-rated WaterColor Inn has 60 rooms facing the Gulf, while the WaterColor Vacation Rental program manages well-appointed vacation rental homes situated throughout the 499-acre community.

2. WaterColor Beach Club

With spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, the WaterColor Beach Club is an oasis offering good food and drinks as you relax poolside. There are fully-equipped changing rooms with showers and lockers and a pool service area that offers sun-screen products, sunglasses, hats and water toys. The chilled towels are a favorite! The Beach Club's balcony is the perfect spot to watch the colorful sunsets.

3. WaterColor Workout

WaterColor Workout is a state-of-the-art fitness center that features cardio machines and weights, and offers beginner to intermediate instructions, personalized training with certified instructors and exercise classes.

4. Town Center

WaterColor's Town Center offers a wide variety of locally-owned shops where you can purchase men's, women's and children's clothing, as well as accessories, art and gifts, reserve a fishing charter, create a custom teddy bear, enjoy a cup of coffee, tapas or glass of wine.

5. Parks & Gardens

At the heart of WaterColor's natural appeal are its many parks. This area has long been acknowledged for its striking natural beauty and diverse habitat. Benches provide places for quiet reflection and a rest along the way, while the lawns provide an open expanse, and a shell-surface footpath allows for relaxing strolls.

6. Bike Barn

One of the best ways to experience the WaterColor community is by bicycle. The Bike Barn is the place to find bicycles of all sizes, jogging strollers and bike trailers (two-kid capacity). Bike Barn staff will happily offer maps and excursion information on the extensive woodland trail system within the community.

7. Marina Park/ Amphitheatre

Marina Park features an inviting lakeside pool with changing areas and a large natural amphitheater ideal for outdoor film festivals, plays and concerts.

8. BoatHouse

Situated on the banks of Western Lake, the BoatHouse is an architecturally stunning structure housing yolo boards, canoes, kayaks, sailboats and fishing equipment. Yolo boarding or kayaking on this rare coastal dune lake offers glimpses of the community's pristine natural beauty.

9. Pools

Nothing is more refreshing on a hot, summer's day than jumping in the cool, clear waters of a pool in WaterColor. Neighborhood swimming pools dot the WaterColor community. The pool facilities are the perfect location for an afternoon get together with family and friends.

10. Tennis Center

This well-appointed tennis facility features a stadium court surrounded by a grass-stepped terrace, native landscaping, five Har-Tru HydroCourts and a pro shop with tennis gear. Private lessons, group clinics and other activities are available throughout the year.

11. Camp WaterColor

Everyday is a new adventure at Camp WaterColor! This family-friendly center is all about fun with streaming water features, a swimming pool, changing rooms and showers. Nearby, a play fort, soccer-field-size lawn and petanque courts offer even more fun.

12. Trails & Docks

Trails wind throughout the community, so no matter where you are, you're never too far to enjoy a scenic stroll. Several docks extend out into Western Lake, allowing for excellent fishing or beautiful views.
